Our Story
The weekend prior to Memorial Day 2005 found Rhodney and
Sharon Honeycutt teaching their daughters LJ and Emily how
to make homemade ice cream, just as Rhodney's grandparents
had taught him many years prior. Perhaps the only difference
being that Rhodney was the "motor" on his grandparent's
machine. That night, the Honeycutt couple reflected just how
much fun the experience had been with their daughters. They
talked about how nice it would be to create a ice cream store where
kids of all ages could gather to share good food and make
fond memories. So today, the Honeycutt's proudly present ICE
CREAM ENGINEERS for the pleasure of their customers, as well
as themselves.
Our Hickory North Carolina Ice Cream store should be a place to escape from the pressures of
life if only for a brief moment. An opportunity to spend
quality time with friends and family. Ice Cream Engineers is
a place where the best and freshest ice cream is produced
for our customers viewing daily. A place where
every customer is important and in charge as we sell our ice
cream by weight allowing the customer to determine size of
portions. We build ice cream and ice cream products to our
customers' specifications. Our Hickory North Carolina ice
cream customers can come to us; or we offer ice cream
delivery to our customers that may not live nearby. |
